We'll use your information to create your personalized product just for you.

At this time, we don't offer a live preview for personalized products. However, each product page provides clear personalization instructions, and we carefully use the information and photos you provide to create your personalized item.

We're also working toward adding live personalization previews for select designs in the future, making it even easier to see your customization before placing your order.

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, ordering mistakes, or selecting the wrong size or color at checkout.

However, we want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and the issue. We'll be happy to provide a free replacement or refund.

At this time, we don't offer gift wrapping or gift packaging options. Since our products are made to order and shipped directly from our production partners, special gift-wrapping services aren't currently available.

Yes! When you order more than one item of the same kind in a single order (for example, several mugs or several T-shirts), each additional item is discounted, because we're able to pass along part of the shipping savings. Different kinds of items are discounted separately, and your savings appear as a Multi-item savings line at checkout.
